I am Thatiana Munhoz Gomez, an international lawyer registered with the Paris and São Paulo Bar Associations. My legal practice has an international dimension, prioritizing mediation and extrajudicial solutions, which are more humane, efficient and financially accessible paths. I assist expatriates and transnational families with a strategic, ethical and personalized approach.

I am a lawyer with a multicultural background and a master's degree in Private International Law. I also have a degree in Modern Languages, with additional training in Psychoanalysis, Clinical Psychopathology and Psychotherapy carried out in Paris. This interdisciplinary trajectory deepens my listening skills and allows me to sensitively welcome people in vulnerable situations, such as victims of violence, immigrants and families in crisis. I believe that the Law must dialogue with the human being, combining technical precision and empathy. ​

I speak Portuguese, French, English and Spanish. My mission is to make access to the Law more humane and accessible for those who live between different cultures and legal systems. With active listening, attention to detail and deep respect for the individuality of each client, I seek to build solid and transformative legal solutions.
